Cold Treats

I miss soft serve sundaes. As a teen, I worked as an ice cream server in two different states. Hot fudge is a religion for me. Or, it was anyway. While I haven't been able to find a df soft serve, I HAVE found So Delicious.

Ultimately, the cashew milk is the creamiest ice cream So Delicious sells. This Coconut Milk Mint Chip is a pretty close second, though.

(They also do dairy free yogurt. I like the vanilla coconut milk version with some gf/df chocolate granola.)

I've been able to find So Delicious pretty much everywhere these days. I get mine at Kroger for anywhere between $3.50-$4.50 for a pint.
